Overview
JobProof is designed to work without an account, advertising, or cloud sync. The app helps users create job records, capture proof photos, stamp photos with date, time, and location details, and export PDF or ZIP reports.
Information JobProof stores
JobProof may store the following information locally on your device:
- Business profile details you enter, such as business name, contact name, phone or email, logo, ABN, or licence number.
- Job details you enter, such as job name, client, customer, site address, job number, trade type, and notes.
- Proof records, captions, timestamps, GPS coordinates, location accuracy, and address details if location access is allowed.
- Original photos, stamped photos, exported PDF reports, and exported ZIP files created by the app.
Device permissions
JobProof requests permissions only when needed for app features:
- Camera: used to capture proof-of-work photos for job records and reports.
- Location: used to add GPS coordinates, address information, and location accuracy to proof records.
- Photo library: used when you choose a business logo for reports.
- Files and sharing: used when you choose to export or share reports, images, or ZIP files.
How information is used
Information stored in JobProof is used to create job records, stamp proof photos, generate client-ready reports, and help you find or archive jobs. JobProof does not sell user data and does not use app data for advertising.
Sharing and third parties
JobProof does not upload job records, photos, or reports to a TJS Web Development server. Data leaves your device only when you choose to share or export it through your device share sheet, email, messaging apps, cloud storage, AirDrop, Files, or another destination you select. Those third-party services handle shared files according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
JobProof stores data locally until you delete it from the app or remove the app from your device. Deleting jobs or proof records removes them from the app's local job list. Removing the app may delete locally stored app data, depending on your device and backup settings.
No account deletion
JobProof does not require or create user accounts, so there is no account deletion process. You control local job data from within the app and through your device settings.
Children
JobProof is intended for business and trade use. It is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as JobProof changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
